This Christmas, treat yourself to Alessandro Pavoni’s handcrafted panettone, available to purchase from the Cibaria Gelateria. Each panettone is patiently developed over three days, allowing the dough to rise slowly and transform into something exceptionally light, fragrant, and buttery.

Golden Callebaut caramel chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, and silky French salted caramel are folded through the dough, gently weaving their richness into every bite. The result is an airy, delicate crumb layered with warm caramel notes, all wrapped in a beautifully nutty hazelnut and sugar crust.

A festive indulgence made with care — perfect for gifting or savouring at home over the holiday period.
