From 14–19 April, Sydney plays host to the fourth annual Maybe Cocktail Festival — a week where some of the world’s most celebrated bars arrive on our doorstep, bringing with them their craft, their stories, and a touch of the unexpected.

For one afternoon only, we welcome The Connaught Bar — currently ranked No. 6 in The World’s 50 Best Bars — to 55 North Bar at Cibaria Manly. At the heart of it all is Giorgio Bargiani, whose approach to cocktails is as refined as it is quietly playful.

Expect an experience that feels effortless yet considered — elegant without the fuss, where every detail has its place and every drink speaks for itself.
