For one day only, in partnership with Sydney Bar Week, Cibaria transforms into a vibrant beachside day club inspired by the laid-back glamour of the Mediterranean coast.

Lush greenery, DJ’s and an Italian disco soundtrack set the scene as guests settle in for an afternoon of bespoke cocktails, gelato and good times.

At the heart of the experience is a bespoke cocktail menu showcasing Espolòn Tequila and Licor 43. Guests can enjoy three exclusive serves created for the occasion, alongside ice-cold Estrella Damm available by the bucket.

A selection of Cibaria snacks will be available throughout the event, while the Cibaria Gelato Cart will serve limited-edition cocktail-inspired gelato flavours, bringing a playful and distinctly Italian finish to the experience.

The Cibaria Beach Club is designed to capture the spirit of an endless summer afternoon — where great drinks, good music and Italian hospitality come together by the sea.
