Introducing 55 North by Cibaria! Manly’s very own ‘Cocktaileria’, ‘Champagneria’ and ‘Birreria’. An extension of the many ‘Ria’s’ of Cibaria.
Our relaxed beachside lounge serves your favourites from Cibaria’s menu and some exclusive bites just for the bar.
Unlike Cibaria’s Trattoria, we are walk-in only. You don’t need to make a reservation in advance. Simply walk in for something cold and delicious alongside your favourite bites from Cibaria any time of day.
Will you be dining in the Cibaria Trattoria? We recommend beginning with one of our incredible cocktails at the 55 North bar, or finishing your meal with a digestivo in one of our comfy booths.
We serve coffee and pastries from 9:00am daily, with our full bar menu available for lunch, dinner, and snacks in between, from 11.00am until late.
With a regular DJ schedule, cosy inside booths and lounges, and outdoor seating with ocean views over Manly Beach, this is the place for both small and large groups to work or play.
