In celebration of Rise Manly, Cibaria invites guests to experience a bespoke set menu available exclusively during the festival, from 20–29 June. Thoughtfully curated to showcase the best of the beaches, the menu highlights locally sourced seafood and seasonal produce, woven seamlessly into Cibaria’s signature Italian dining experience.

This set menu will be available to all bookings during the 20th-29th of June for $89 per person.
